    My suggestion is that the company should also consider developing or researching a specific, scientifically proven medicine or treatment that can help people with chronic Hepatitis B, especially those who have a low HBV viral load but remain HBsAg positive. It would be very beneficial if there were an effective treatment aimed at achieving HBsAg clearance or a functional cure rather than only suppressing the virus.

    Currently, medicines such as tenofovir and entecavir can effectively suppress HBV replication, but they generally do not eliminate HBsAg or provide a definitive cure. HBsAg loss is considered the desired “functional cure” endpoint, and this remains an important area of research.

    I hope Quality Herbals will invest more in research in this area and develop an evidence-based treatment that could genuinely help chronic Hepatitis B patients achieve HBsAg clearance.
